Yours Truly Invitations is dedicated to creating heirloom. quality products that will be kept and treasured for many years to come. I use only the highest quality materials and printing methods . I take great pride in my products and my goal is to provide excellent customer service and a great product. Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions. 

 

Policies

Production Time

Production time varies depending on the time of year and the complexity of the product ordered. Panel invitations usually take 1-3 weeks from approval of proof. Pocket and laser invitations can take 2-4 weeks. Smaller items can take 3 days to 2 weeks depending on how many orders are ahead of you when you order. If you need your items quickly please contact me before you order to verify that I will be able to complete them in the required time. 

Payment

Your deposit amount covers our time and resources for your proof process. Once you approve your proof for printing the remaining balance is due. Full payment is due before any items are printed or assembled. 

Rush Orders

If you need your items quickly please contact me and let me know so we can see if we have the materials in stock before you order. A rush fee may apply and will be considered on a case by case basis

Minimum order

Our current minimum order for weddings, mitzvahs, laser folders styles and pocket styles is 50 sets. I am willing to accept smaller orders but will need to charge an additional fee. The fee will vary depending on the order and will be determined at the time of the order. 

Guest addressing

We offer computer calligraphy as an additional service to you. We will show a generic sample of the addressing in your proofs. We print your addresses EXACTLY the way you present them to us. Up to three proofs of your addresses are included in the cost of addressing your order.  We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. We are not responsible for the usps handling of your invitations. 

Quality

Please remember that you are buying a hand made product. While I pride myself in the beauty and perfection of my work there may be  small differences due to paper batch differences, printing variations and the handmade nature of the product. Please read our reviews you will see that our products are of excellent quality.

Colors 

Colors can vary from monitor to monitor. Please feel free to ask me about any colors or to help you select colors that will look best together. You can always order a sample invitation and I will send you swatches in the colors you are interested in so you can view them together at home. If you wish you can also send me a swatch of your colors and I will match up the colors for you. This is usually the best option because I have huge swatch books of papers and ribbons from which I can order from but may not have in stock

Approval Process

Once an order is placed we will create PDF file proofs for you to review. You will be able to make a list of changes you wish to see and I will send you a new proof for review. Up to five proofs are included in the price of the invitations. All proofs must be approved before they are printed. Once printing has begun no changes can be made. If a change needs to be made after the order has been printed the customer will be charged the cost to have them re-printed. 

Refunds

The listing you purchase is a non refundable retainer to get your order started and to cover the cost of your proofs. The amount of your purchase is credited toward your order once you approve your proofs. Once you approve your proofs the remaining balance is due before anything is printed. Due to the time consuming nature of our proof process once an order is placed and design work has begun it is non refundable. 

 Should a mistake be found after printing that was not on the proof as approved by the client, Yours Truly will reprint that specific item at no cost to the client. The client has 48 hours after accepting proofs to acknowledge the mistake for reprint. If the mistake is found after mailing, a refund will be given for that particular item at Yours Truly's discretion.

Reorders

Reorders are any order placed for additional items after an order has been sent to print. By nature reorders typically are small quantities and have to be rushed .  Re-order fee will be determined on a case by case basis but the minimum re-order fee is $30.00. 

Photography Permissions 

If your order involves pictures- it is your responsibility to make sure you have the permission of the photographer to use the pictures for reprinting. Please respect the work of your photographer and make sure they have given written permission to reprint their photographs. 

Yours Truly Invitations reserves the right to post pictures of your order. We typically wait until after the event to post full photos of the set. 

International Orders

I will gladly take international orders. Yours Truly Invitations has created invitations and accessories for weddings and events all over the world. Please be sure to allow plenty of time for your order to go through customs. I will promise to get your order in the mail on time but cannot guarantee how long it will take to get through customs and am not responsible for the package after it leaves my hands. If you are ordering internationally please make sure you have ample time to receive your package. I will not make international rush orders. Thank you for understanding.
